Quick and easy 10 minute home workout to start your day off feeling amazing!

Doing each exercise for 30 seconds and resting for 10 seconds in between and you will do each exercise 4 times.

1 - Mountain Climbers

2 - Squats

3 - Push Ups

4 - Burpees

This is an amazing fat burning and strength workout that can be done anywhere like the gym, home or outside in the summer!
